SANKALP Training and Entrepreneurship Projects Pvt. Ltd. (STEP Pvt. Ltd.) is incorporated under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Govt. of India. The main aim of the organization is to provide the best possible opportunities to the needy students as per their knowledge and skill set in the Industries. STEP is catering Training & Placement opportunity to both Technical & Non-Technical students. Our objective is to give opportunities to the students, particularly belong to underprivileged families to develop and implement as integrated and comprehensive program of educational development so as to catalyze social transformation, to facilitate the attainment of national objectives of accelerating the process of modernization and economic growth, promoting equality and social justice and enhancing efficiency and productivity. The organization strives for the promotion of education in various spheres, viz. technical, industrial, commercial and vocational.

       We are socially involved in offering opportunities in different sectors to weaker section of the society to improve their livelihood. We have well experienced team to implement one of the largely popular “ Learn & Earn” schemes ( NAPS, NATS, FLEXI-MoU, D.Voc., B.Voc., M.Voc. etc).

It became the core sector in recent years as we have seen the growth during COVID pandemic also. Now everything is based on new AI technology. It work forces have wide opportunities to accelerate their career in India & other countries. Since 2017, we are providing the specialized it training to freshers candidates with placement opportunities in association with well known it companies. Our training modules are recognized various engineering colleges, Universities and IT companies.

STEP Skill School also provides Soft Skills Training in Communication Skills, Language Skills, Personality Development, Interview Facing Skills, Group Discussion, Competitive Exam Facing Skills and Job Training. Our training centers contains up to the mark state of art infrastructure.
